It may just be a very swollen lymph node.  I would recommend she get a lymph drainage massage. This is very common in Germany and should be easy to find someone.  Helichrysum first and then Lemongrass may be helpful.  I get clogged lymphs easily and this is helpful.  Wearing a proper bra is also crucial and so is eliminating toxic deodorant.  The toxins accumulate.  Heavy metals are found in breast cancer tumors. Perhaps Purify would help too and Cypress.  I will try those myself sometime when needed.
