Get her on the LLV, so at least she can get nutritional balance. Have her apply Frankincense and Sandalwood to the lump at least twice a day and as for the ankle I would use Lemongrass, cypress and Helichrysum. Of course I would also suggest going to the doctor for at least a diagnosis, she doesn't have to let them cut it out but at least she would know.
