Suzanne, I'm not certain. When I went to the source of the protocol I couldn't get in because it was recently made private. If I remember correctly though it's a cycle, use each blend for a two-week period then repeat. But, I'm not certain. I'm so sorry, I seem to have lost that part of the protocol.

Apply blend (three listed below) to affected area BID (twice daily) until spur is gone, continue thereafter for 2 weeks.

It may seem a bit complicated but if it can prevent surgery it will be worth it.
