My husband and I use this blend : one 3.8 oz Fractionated Coconut Oil and  one 15-ml bottle Ylang Ylang. Use the  blend during sex. I use this blend only during sex since it is the only time that vaginal dryness bothers/hurts. I'm in my 60s too, post menopausal and had very dry vagina. I did not get this idea from anybody else but somehow the idea sparked in my mind because Astroglide wasn't working. It's working good for me and for my husband. I hope it does too, for you.

I have not had a hysterectomy, but am suffering from the same problem.  I'm also in my 60s and I'd appreciate any help on this one too.
