It is actually called Gilbert's Syndrome ... not really a disease, and its not considered a danger. My doctors think I have it also. I've been told it is hereditary. Occasionally I like to do a bit of "Detoxification" cleanse (with doTerra that is the "Zendocrine" blend), but other than that I just let my docs know when I have blood work so they don't become too alarmed at a bit of elevation in my bilirubin count (although caution should always be exercised to make sure there isn't something else going on).
