The Deep Blue Rub has at least 5ml of the actual DB oil blend in it. And is basically used topically. The Deep Blue blend has Wintergreen (high in methyl salicitate), camphor, peppermint, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Helichrysum and Osmanthus. Each of these oils are powerful in themselves, but also have the ability of a powerful aspirin, which we have to be very careful of. Caution is always recommended anytime you decide to take an oil internally, taking a blend takes research on your end and again, caution.
