I was reading the post here about the vegan diet that included no sugar, dairy, packaged foods and so on. In 2006 I went on a anti inflammatory diet that my naturopath put me on. It was also gluten and sugar free (small amount of raw organic honey is fine), dairy free (eggs were fine and encouraged), beef free (bison encouraged). It also included cold water wild caught deep sea fish, Organic chicken without the skin (due to the type of amegas), nuts and seeds (I used a coffee grinder to grind seeds that I eat the day they were ground). I lost all my pain in a matter of days. I avoided a shoulder surgery, and I lost 34 pounds without trying in a matter of weeks. Before this anti inflammatory diet I ate better than most. I am in my 60's without pain and inflammation! Now I eat local pastured chicken eggs, turkey and grass fed lamb, vegetables, herbs and spices. I make and eat bone broth. I am cain sugar free, milk and gluten free.

Is there something I can use to help relieve my problem with vaginal dryness. I am in my 60's and have had a hysterectomy and have been using premarin vaginal cream. I know this puts me at a higher risk for breast cancer and so I want to quit using the cream but I need something to help with vaginal dryness.
