I find that equal number of drops of peppermint and lemongrass in fco really helps.  I have been getting leg cramps while sleeping lately and this really helps.

1. I'm dehydrated. They say you need half as many ounces of water per day as your weight. So if you weigh 120 lbs, you need 60 oz of water. It really makes a difference.
2. I've been eating a lot of sugar. Not sure why but this seems to be true.
3. I'm deficient in Magnesium. Since I added Magnesium to my protocol, it's a lot better.
