I have found that I get those night time cramps for several reasons:
-- 1. I'm dehydrated. They say you need half as many ounces of water per day as your weight. So if you weigh 120 lbs, you need 60 oz of water. It really makes a difference.
2. I've been eating a lot of sugar. Not sure why but this seems to be true.
3. I'm deficient in Magnesium. Since I added Magnesium to my protocol, it's a lot better.
