My brother-in-law has severe scarring from an electrical burn. It has been a yr and the scarring has made his skin tight and itches from dryness. He did have skin grafts. The burns were on his arm and hand. One side of his head and neck. He managed to turn so his face was not burned. Anything I can recommend to help him heal. Thanks in advance for any help.
