[Everything doTERRA] Saw accident and reattached fingers what oils can be used to help in his healing at the hospital and at home?

My husband was working in his shop this week and accidental cut off 3 fingers in the chop saw.  2 finger were not viable for reattaching but one was and the pinky finger was damaged but repaired.  My question is what oils can we use to promote healing.  We have to stay away from anything that will restrict blood flow to the fingers or will from clots in the micro blood vessels that were repaired in surgery to reattach the finger and repair the ligaments. I think the Doctor called them basil restorers.  No chocolate or caffeine for a  while, he is to be in a room that is at least 75 degrees or more at all times so that the blood vessels in the hand are dialated and not restricted at all. If the finger's new repair forms any clots the finger will die so this is why I don't want to just use any oil that may cause this. Thank you for your help!
