Mel, I'm attaching a photo for you.

Unfortunately, I don't feel like we got a clear explanation of the cleanse, though.  It was rushed through.  The picture almost makes it look like it's a 50-day cleanse, but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a 30-day cleanse.  So, I THINK you take the GX Assist for the second ten days, then the PB Assist for the last 10 days.  Then repeat the cleanse every 90 days.  She did say to always take the LLV, and like Pat said, some of the other products as you need to.
