My husband had headaches everyday as well. Back in July of 2011, we started him on life long vitality and the GX Assist cleanse followed by the PB Assist. 

For immediate relief from headache pain, we rub on forehead, temples and back of neck, these 3 oils, in this order (layering them one at a time), lavender, frankincense, & peppermint. Usually within 5-10 minutes his headache is gone. 

Also, drink lots of water. Take your body weight, cut that in half and drink that many ounces each day. Stay away from sugar as much as possible.

My husband has been very consistent in taking the LLV for almost 3 years now, and getting rid of the daily headaches is just one of the amazing benefits he has received from being consistent.
