Shannon - again, if your HR Director says that to you, "that he can still smell them on you," You look at him and tell him he has NO RIGHT to tell you what you can and can not wear outside of the workplace. That you are NOT using them in the workplace and this harrassment will stop IMMEDIATELY. That they can not prove whatsoever that any product you are using is making that employee(s) sick and until they are able to medically prove that the cause to the employees nausea is indeed your personal products, they can not tell you to stop using them. I know it's hard but stand up for yourself. That quote he just said to you...it's illegal. He can get in a lot of trouble. I would actually take this up even higher if possible. If you work for a larger corporation and maybe go to headquarters, etc. What he said to you is indeed harrassment and VERY illegal. OH BOY...would I LOVE to be his HR Director.....
