[Everything doTERRA] Re: Wrist pain

 I like to follow lemongrass with peppermint for pain and joint issues.  I would also recommend a chiropractor that adjusts extremities.  Lax ligaments will allow bone misalignment.  Removing the misaligment improves function and decreases pain.  I think I accidentally marked your post as spam, trying to figure out the new Google Groups.  If I did, I appologize.

Is there an oil that will help to strengthen her ligaments? I was thinking lemongrass applied topically, morning, noon and night. How often should she be using it?
