[Everything doTERRA] Re: I'm so sad and disappointed!!!

I had both an email with instructions and I called first to confirm.  I didn't talk to a manager, but I did follow the direction I received from two different people.  I'm not going to worry about it for now.  I'll wait and see what Pat was able to find out.
What's done is done.  But, your comment does give me hope that perhaps the diffuser isn't lost in the mail after all--maybe it's just at a different location and the doterra services wasn't aware of it???

Have you tried calling doterra back and asking for a supervisor??  I had a problem with my first diffuser severl months ago and all they said to do is ship it back to them (DOTERRA) and they would take care of everything and they did!! AND they sent me a new one right away!..... I do think I had to pay shipping to send it back though.   I don't think they told you correctly when they said for YOU to send it to Lotus Repair as you were dealing with DOTERRA not the third party.   I would try and talk to someone higher up and see if they will help you out here!
