Everything I've read about using oils on cats strongly recommends they are heavily diluted and 1 drop or less. 3 drops of anything sounds like a highly excessive amount for a small animal. I've found some good info on YouTube and Facebook on oils and animals. Most by vets who use oils in their practice. My cat gets a drop of digestzen and fco on his back and it has cleared up some intestinal issues he was using. I don't have a suggestion for seizures other than the frank already mentioned. If your cat is new to oils please dilute them first and monitor his or her reaction before using undiluted.
