Hi everyone,
My mom suffers from degenerative discs in her neck. She is 53 years old and has the neck of a 75 year old. She is healthy and fit and yet suffers from this. Her neck cracks and creeks and she sometimes has shooting pains down her arm. She has been an RN for 30 years and played many contact sports growing up so I am sure all of this has something to do with the pain she faces each day!
Of course, she rarely complains, just keeps on keeping on and after spending a week with her in Mexico, I realized how bad her neck really is! Does anyone have any solutions or ideas for her to try?
I just made up a roller ball of sandalwood and helichrysum to try and regenerate some of her damaged tissue. She goes for raindrop therapy periodically and claims it definitely helps to so,e degree. I am so sad she has to live with this pain and really and truly want to do whatever I can do help her. If anyone has any suggested oils or protocols for this condition, please let me know!
Thank you!
Hilary Clow
