The reason you see no specifics is that each person's body will react different so there is not standard recipe. It never hurts to apply a carrier oil, but each oil has a code as to applying. For instance N is for neat meaning you don't need to use a carrier oil.

As many of you know, I'm new to all this. I find one of the biggest frustrations is there seem to be too many paths to one answer. No specific "recipes".
You'd think this would be a good thing, but I'm afraid of goofing up and causing injury to my family.
