Yes Suzanne, he literally investigates his food before eating. I've tried sneaking other things in his food to get him to eat it and have watched him pick through and if he found whatever I hid in there he pushes it away and says, "No thank you!" :/

Pat- that is something I'm aware of but I've wondered since he's little if he would get even a little bit of the benefit or if I would just be wasting it. I suppose I could just try it and see.
