[Everything doTERRA] Re: Nerve damage

My own experience was maybe similar with arthritic nerve pressure. I used Deep Blue and Birch (or probably Wintergreen would be similar if Birch is not available) for the pain but more importantly I used Helichrysum (1-3 drops topically to area where the nerves were damaged 2 times per day) which is noted for repairing nerve tissue. I also use Frankincense to speed along the healing but I believe the Helichrysum was the most important help.
