I think its likely a coincidence. She might go to the doctor and have
them look into it as there are lots of possibilities. A big one is that
the test results were just wrong. Lab techs have bad days too, samples
get compromised, all sorts of stuff. Considering that I drink a lot of
citrus oils (I rotate them depending on my mood) if low iron was going
to happen to someone it would be me since I've had issues since I was a
child and haven't since starting LLV.
If she does have low iron it is a symptom that something is wrong. It is
another common indicator that an issue is creeping up.
