[Everything doTERRA] Thyroid, Liver and Breast Pain

I received this email from a dear friend. Any suggestions?
During a "routine" ultrasound checkup yesterday....it was discovered there are three (3) "very large nodules" on the left side of my thyroid.

Last year a small "probably benign" cyst was found on my liver.

(An aside...since spring 2010 have had pain on right side under right breast.....)
