I would do an Immortelle spray. 20 drops in a 2oz bottle, fill the rest with water. I made that spray for myself after the birth of my second son and was really impressed with how much it soothed my skin. It helped me go to the bathroom with a lot less discomfort. Shake and spray with every diaper change.
Indirectly, I would put Balance on his feet, and Melissa to help prevent any viruses contaminating the open wound.
Maybe somebody can suggest something for the mental pain and trauma.
