[Everything doTERRA] Re: severe back pain after labor/delivery/epidural

I would alternate ice/heat on the area. Maybe frankinsence for anti-
inflammatory, plus it crosses the blood brain barrier so it may help
heal the area the epidural was in? Just a guess. for some reason
lavender is coming to mind, on the compress.
