You may also want to add Grapefruit seed extract. You can buy tablets, or liquid and put in a capsule, or in milk (mixed very well) for small children. It kills pinworms in a couple of days if you are consistent.

May I also ask if the 3 drops OnGaurd in a 32oz. spray bottle be sufficient to kill the eggs that may be in our environment? Or would something else be better for that and cleaning all the laundry?
