Carla~ sorry, I just saw your most recent question. My friend's symptoms were just an extremely painful, sensitive nose (just inside the nostrils). Her doctor definitively diagnosed MRSA and put her on antibiotics. The next day she came to visit me from out of town. I gave her the MRSA protocol to follow (acc. to the Modern Essentials book 3rd edition, p. 131). She followed that regularly and the MRSA went away and did NOT come back. The antibiotics may have helped her as well, but since MRSA is resistant to many antibiotics, it often recurs, so it's a big deal that it stayed away.
