There is info on everythingessential.me under UTI &experience/testimonies where the person stated Dr. Hill said to use 5-6 drops Cassia 3x/day for 10 days. Symptoms will improve sooner but to finish the full 10 days to be sure all infection is gone. Adding unsweetened cranberry juice can also be helpful as well as drinking lots of water w/Lemon oil...hope you are better soon!
