[Everything doTERRA] Re: stopping lactation at delivery

I have noticed that with my nursing babies if I use Slim and Sassy daily it reduces my milk supply a little too much.  Maybe because it help suppress the appetite a bit and you know when you are nursing (at least in my case)  I am constantly hungry to replenish.  But Yes, I have used digestzen and the fennel kind of counterbalances the peppermint as I have had no problem with that one to keep things flowing.  So, IMO Slim and sassy would do the trick.

Hello, friends...

I have a friend who is to deliver her second child in two weeks.  For
various and sundry reasons, she does not want to breast feed.  She has
heard that peppermint could help with decreasing and/or cause a
cessation of breast milk production.  What has been your experiences?
She wants to start soon after delivery.  I'm thinking that peppermint
and perhaps Digestzen might work.  Also, those two would help if baby
gets colicy.

Thank you in advance for your answers!
