[Everything doTERRA] Re: Slim and Sassy drops

Thank you for all the responses!  I played around with it yesterday.  I did 5-6 drops in 12 ounces of water in a glass mason jar/cup, stirring constantly and it was tolerable - not too intense and no last swallow of just oil 20 minutes before eating breakfast and lunch and then I capsulated 6 drops at dinner and drank it with 12 ounces of water so no heartburn.

I've seen glass water bottles, but when you can get a mason jar for $0.96 and a glass water bottle for $24 (at my local health food store) I'll stick with the mason jar ;)

I'll keep playing around with it.  I've juiced grapefruit and added it to plain coconut water before so today I'm going to expirament with putting drops in there instead today.  I'll let you know what I find.

I have been using the Slim and Sassy oil since Monday.  Here is what I've learned so far:  don't use an aluminum water bottle with a plastic straw feature.  The oils stick to the straw and make everything taste like Slim and Sassy even when you're drinking water without added drops.  When you drink it from a regular glass the last swallow seems ultra concentrated.  Is this because I didn't blend or stir the oils and the water enough?  It seems like the oils tend to sit on top of the water.  Does constant stirring help? 

While I enjoy the benefits from it, I find the minty aftertaste a bit strong.  Is there any way to combat this?  Has anyone tried capsulating the drops and does it work the same?  I was thinking of doing 5 drops in a capsule with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Any thoughts/help would be much appreciated!  Thanks in advance :)
