Not really sure, but Melalucea comes to mind to use. Maybe apply to reflex points on your child's feet that effect the area where the pinworms are, anal, intestines maybe. My now 15 yr old had them once when she was 6-7 yrs of age, we bought a chewable product OTC , you have to ask for it at the pharmacy window at Walmart for her. It worked like a charm. Good luck.
