Lavender around the bone of the eyes works for my daughter. Also you might want to add some frankincense if it's swollen. If this is due to allergies you might want her to take lemon, lavender, and peppermint (2 to 3 drops each) in a shot class of water and swish around a little in the mouth and swallow. Or she can take them in a capsule if she doesn't like the taste. Sounds like allergies to me!
