Yes, I would take them now, because they are meant to cleanse your organs: 'liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, and skin" The hope, of course, is that they will cleanse your skin. You can take it now, and then you can start the GX later and you can take them at the same time if you want, too. There is no time frame for taking Zendocrine like there is with GX, so just start taking them and see how it goes.
