My father has found tremendous relief taking DigestZen. I'm wondering if there's a limit to the number of times a day he should take it? Is it a bad idea to just take it without water? He is finding himself feeling dehydrated and wondering if he's taking too much or if taking it sometimes without water is the cause.
Also, my nephew who is 13 has been having stomach issues. I suspect a gluten allergy but in the meantime, I thing DZ would help. He wont take it in water because of the smell/taste so I want to put some in a capsule. Is there a recommended number of drops for him? He wont put it on his stomach or feet either, he has a lot of sensory issues.
