Hi Everyone
Have a friend who is suffering with baby blues, crying a lot and feels sad can’t sleep more than 3 or 4 hours mostly due to babies feeding schedule.
We are supporting her with meals and watching other children giving opportunities to rest or get out
Meals are being provided. All very out of character for her.. she is not a crier and is a formidable gals o she is over whelmed on many levels
Never had it with previous deliveries.
I have tried a few things from the ME and Stephanie’s books with her not a lot of help though.
So if any of you have personal success for this issue please share what oils you used and in what quantity, frequency, and method of delivery
