I had what it sounds like yo had. On day 2 I felt it was only go to get worse 2 days on the bomb and was keeping just ahead of it. So I figured "go big or go home..." I decided to sinus rinse with 2 drops of On Guard in the mix. Burned like heck!! Better the next day. My wife was not aggressive with her bout with it and is still getting over it. She waited a week to try the On Guard rinse it was down in her chest at that point.
