[Everything doTERRA] Re: plantar fasciitis

My husband had this about 15 years ago.  A sports therapist told us to have the patient lay on his/her stomach and start rubbing the area on the foot with just olive oil or something similar to warm it up, then rub Tiger Balm on it as it became "softer".  Massage the area harder and harder with thumbs and maybe eventually the elbow (you can't do this on yourself).  Rub the crackles and push the inflammation toward the leg and up past the ankle.  This needs to be done every day for a few weeks.  When getting up in the morning, massage the feet gently before walking on them.  Eventually the inflammation works out.  It has never come back.
