[Everything doTERRA] Re: Insomnia

So many people I know are suffering from insomnia because of a magnesium deficiency.  If your husband has this problem, it's a simple thing to fix.  Then the oils will be way more powerful and effective.  I take 100 mg twice a day of magnesium citrate which is very bio-available.  
One thing I've noticed, though, as soon as you start taking it and sleeping better, a lot of exhaustion starts to kick in as your body begins to recover.  Again, oils will be so much more effective as other body issues, that were caused or masked by insomnia, come to the surface.
Then, for me, bergamot is so amazing!
