[Everything doTERRA] Re: (Child) Ear Infection with Hearing Loss?

Always treat both ears, even if only one hurts.

I'm pretty sure that my 5 yo daughter had an ear infection (possibly double ear infection), but I haven't taken her to the doctor to confirm that or anything.  Last night she was in horrible pain and screaming about her ears hurting!  :(  I applied a drop of Melaleuca and Lavender in front and behind her ear 3 or 4 times through the evening/night.  This morning is when her other ear started bothering her.  Her pain today isn't near what it was last night (she was able to go to school just fine), but it still bothers her.  She is also now complaining that she can't hear very well out of her ears...that's its kind of "clogged" and soft sounding.  Do I just keep doing what I'm doing for her ear infection with the Melaleuca and Lavender...or some other protocol, or should I be taking her into the doctor to get her checked out?  (Symtoms started about 18 hours ago from when I typed this...)
