Yes, due all respect, yes it does. My doctor recommended it. Even hospitals put fish oil omega in the refrigerator, even at Lupus Foundation lecture a doctor gave result of research recently and announced it is best to put fish oil in the refrigerator. I encourage my team to put it in the refrigerator. 

doTERRA has encouraged us to consult with our doctors first and that was what happened that doctors and nurses said to put in the refrigerator.
