She has recently started drinking Sprite often - it temperaly helps her headaches but her headaches have become worse and I think the Sprite is a huge contributor. The calcium depletion and the sugar throwing off her sugar levels.
Migranes can be very complicated. It's important to understand all the fastest of your. Allergens, other enviormentsl factors, PH, Sugar levels, temerature regulation, other dietary factors, vision issues, general stress, holding stress in shoulders, medical complications, menstral, hormonal, water intake.... Then treat the issues.
Different headaches require different solutions
Do you retain water, do you have a hard time retaining water - are you low of Eletrolights? (Emergency, LLV)
Eyes- corrective lenses....Frankinsince/ Immortale is helpful
PMS- Solace, (I use Geranium,Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang- wk's everytime for me)
Sugar- Coriander and no sugar but protein & carbs. (okay dk chocolate a bit will Somtimes halt one in me - but follow with protien & carbs for a correct burn)
Muscles in neck & shoulders - deep blue, & are you doing lost of computer wk? Lay off a bit, learn to relax your shoulders when stressed- its a process but learning it will be huge if it's an issue for you.
