Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Re: hypothyroid issues
My daughter & I both have thyroid issues(hashimotos variety).... we go to
a chiropractic doctor who treats us with natural supplements.... GTA and
GTA forte..... they work wonderfully... but you have to be treated by a
doctor and have frequent blood tests.... A note to others on the iodine
issue..... iodine is wonderful for most thyroid conditions.... However, if
you have Hashimoto's..... an auto-immune disorder... your body makes antibodies
which are attacking your throid.... in this case you should NOT take iodine
because it helps your body make more antibodies.... Therefore, you should
be correctly diagnosed by a healthcare professional who will use natural
sources to treat the thyroid condition!
