You can also add Cinnamon or Cassia that the Coriander. That might be a little warm so a capsule (with food) would
be helpful.
I think you will see a difference within a week and if not please come back and talk to us.

When I was 14 I got Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and had part of my
pancreas removed due to pancreatitis. I have two children and my
second one was just born in July 2011. I had gestational diabetes with
both and after my second child my blood sugar glucose test came back
high. I am 27 years old.
As my OB doc suggested, I went to see an endocrinologist in the Denver
area, Dr. Graves & Dr. Buckley and PA Stacey Mitchell. After many
blood tests they've determined my high blood sugar is because of part
of my pancreas that was removed. Sometimes my body just can't make
enough insulin depending on what I eat or the time of day. As of Feb
3rd 2012 my A1C is 6.3. It has been suggested I may need to take
metphorman to help control this. It troubles me the medicine's long
term effects on my body, and that the problem will just get worse as I
get older.
The essential oils I've used in combination with the Life Long
Vitality pack from Doterra are: basil, cinnamon and frankinsence. I
did each of these once a day for two weeks and I didn't see any
difference in my blood sugar levels. I also tracked if I did exercise
in the evening if it made a difference in the morning. It
didn't. Currently I am taking wheatgrass once a day to see if I see
any difference.
