Those parts of the body are notorious for causing problems because they get dry and then sweat and when ur skin is dry the follicle shrinks then the hair and oil can't get out! I mix coconut oil, frank, thyme and geranium in a spray bottle so I can spray it on!! U can also add lavender if u like it!
