I am new to the Oils myself but do you have a way to diffuse the oils in your car? That might help between work and home. If you don't have a car diffuser, usually the health food stores such as Natural Grocers or Whole Foods carry them.
I hope your staying safe, I am close to the Colorado Springs fire so I know what you mean about the "Air Quality". It hasn't gotten to bad where I am though.
Hope this helps,
Ellie

Hi everyone,I live in Colorado, pretty close to the wildfires that are occuring. The smoke not only has the chemicals from the fire itself but also from the houses it burned and from the fire retardant slurry. Since the fire has been bad I have been nauseous and dizzy. I'm ok inside where I can keep the windows closed and diffuse my oils. But once I get outside, even just to drive to work, I get so weak, nauseous and dizzy that I can't function. Then it takes 30 minutes to an hour for me to recover once i'm back inside. If anyone has some advice for prevention before I leave the house I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you,Brandi Holcomb--
