[Everything doTERRA] Re: Cesarean Section

As for oils, I've heard peppermint can help encourage a baby to turn.  Also, bring a diffuser and diffuse On Guard in your room, as well as Serenity or another relaxing blend for you; Basil can help with milk.  There are a few good pregnancy/labor/new baby doTERRA books out there, let me know if you need help finding them.

Non-oil info now (and please don't take this as judgment on your decisions, I don't know the ins and outs of your situation :-))  why did the doc schedule your section in 8 days?  If possible, it is much much better for your baby for you to wait until you at least are feeling early labor before going in for your section, if baby doesn't turn - see Michel Odent's book 'Cesarean' at your local library (or order it) - it's not too long of a read.  If your doctor isn't willing to wait and wants to have it scheduled, I would recommend you schedule it for 40wks instead of 39 with the understanding that if you have any labor at all you go in immediately.  Also, find a chiropractor who knows how to do the Webster Technique, which can encourage a breech baby to turn: http://icpa4kids.org/Find-a-Chiropractor/.   Feel free to email me privately as well!

I am 38 weeks pregnant with my second child, and he is breech.  I am
scheduled to have a C-section in 8 days.  My first pregnancy was a
vaginal delivery (induction) that went smooth until after the baby was
born.  I had very severe hemorrhaging in which I lost 10 pints of
blood.  Luckily, I made it through the 6 hours of surgery and had a
complete recovery.  I now use doterra oils which I am still learning
about.  I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to which oils
would be best for me to use for the C-section, milk production, and if
I should try to use oils to get the baby to turn to try to avoid a C-
section?  Thanks for your help!
