[Everything doTERRA] Re: Bruises

Terrific!  I have a smilar story.  I was going to the living room one night and didn't turn on a light so didn't see the footstool that jumped in my path.  Got an immediate knot on my shin about 1/2 inch high with a tiny hole on top (no blood, but it must have penetrated the skin)  Put aloe on it as that's been my bruise go-to for years, but realized oils would work better, and help with the pain.  A drop of helichrysum reduced the bump to maybe an 1/8th inch in just a few minutes, by morning it was just a slightly raised spot, and no bruising for several days then the same yellowish marks you mentioned.  I put the helichrysum on 2-3 times for the first day or so, then nothing.  I love this stuff!

I wanted to share my story with healing of my bruises.  I accidentally walked into a corner of a door being opened by a co-worker. I hit the door so hard that I had to stop for view minutes to catch my breath. (I didn't see the door being opened because I was walking in a vendor for a meeting.) I hit the breast bone and lower part of my left breast. By the time I got home, the bruise already started to appear and my left breast and breast bone hurt to the touch. I knew the bruise would be deep and dark. Even my husband was concern when he saw the bruise appearing. I grabbed the book and looked up the oils for bruises. I put Deep Blue, geranium, helichrysum, lavender oils on each night and every morning. I did this for 5 days and instead of seeing the deep bluish-purple color of the bruise, which I normally get, I only saw the light yellowish-green color that you see when the bruise starts to heal. My husband was amazed. He has been calling me the witch doctor of oils.  I have other stories that I will share later. I love these oils!
