Throughout the day, I am fine. But overnight my sinuses (for the last two months) get blocked. This reduces the quality of my sleep. Sometimes even forces a sleeping catp to mouth breathe (yuck!)
What can I do to keep my sinuses clear overnight? All the instructions I read were for acute sinus infections.
As I have never used EOs before, I will need some pretty detail instructions.
