[Everything doTERRA] IPC near York PA?

This a request for Sara Copeland, a new IPC on my team:

My friend in York PA has a child with pick eye. Since I live in
Oregon, I'm wondering if there is an IPC in that area who would be
willing to give her a few drops or sell her a bottle of melaleuca so
she can have it ASAP?
