[Everything doTERRA] Diabetic Retinopathy

Does anyone have a protocol for this?  I have a friend who is going to lose his job if he can't stop the decline of his eyesite.  He is a diabetic and on dialysis.  I have talked to them about using the oils and he hasn't wanted to--but now is at a place he will consider them.  So...protocols?!  I couldn't find this particular thing on the database.
